Chemical Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in polymer-based manufacturing, specializing in rubber outsole formulation and polyurethane (PU) midsole processing within high-volume footwear production.Currently working in footwear manufacturing supporting global brands such as Nike, where I focus on polymer processing, chemical reaction control, and production troubleshooting. My role involves optimizing rubber compound formulations, controlling polyurethane reactions through precise ISO–Polyol ratios, and ensuring stable production processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.I also manage adhesive chemical systems using FIFO material control to maintain bonding performance and material traceability. In addition, I actively collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality.With an educational background in Chemical Engineering and Leather Processing Technology, I have a strong foundation in materials processing, polymer chemistry, and industrial manufacturing systems. My experience across assembly, rubber outsole, and PU midsole processes provides me with a comprehensive understanding of footwear production from both material and process perspectives. I am highly interested in expanding my expertise in polymer processing, materials engineering, and chemical manufacturing industries where process optimization and material performance play a critical role.I am always open to connecting with professionals in manufacturing, polymer materials, and chemical engineering industries.
