I’ve built my career in beauty retail, primarily in leadership roles within fast-paced, high-volume environments. Over the years, my focus has been simple — keep operations running smoothly, support the team where it matters, and make sure execution is consistent day to day. During this time, I’ve trained and developed team members who have gone on to step into management roles. I’m hands-on in how I work and naturally lean toward the operational side of the business — making sure things don’t just look good on paper, but actually work in-store while keeping the team aligned and performing.
