Portfolio Management and Monitoring of Venture Debt/Quasi Equity transaction (early stage companies) across various sectors Cleantech / Information technologies / Industrial innovation / Biotech/ Medtech. Assets Under Management approximately EUR 300m.

Being part of a small number team, managing Piraeus Bank Equity Portfolio (€2.4bn). Main accountabilities include: • Liaising between Investment Holdings and the Bank. • Monitoring Holdings’ Economic performance and preparing Annual Financial Reviews including performing scenario analysis: stress and impairment testing • Representing on behalf of Piraeus Bank as a Shareholder at Annual Shareholders’ Meetings. • Supporting Subsidiaries and Associate Companies on strategic issues concerning potential synergies with Piraeus Bank Group and joining negation processes with Institutional Investors concerning Disposals. • Originating, strategizing and structuring mergers & acquisitions among Subsidiaries • Classifying according to IFRS 10 new Holdings: Subsidiaries, Associates, Available for Sale. • Corresponding with Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, Bank of Greece, Athens Stock Exchange and Capital Market Commission. • Monitoring Voting Rights and submitting TR-1 (notification of major interest in shares) if appropriate in term of law 3556/2007 • Preparing in-house Valuations (DCF, Multiples method, Comparable transactions method)

Reporting to Corporate Banking Division Senior Management. Handling an approximately €125M Loan Portfolio of Large Corporate Clients -mostly listed Companies in Athens Stock Exchange- operating in Greek Market and Nationwide from almost all industries (Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Medical Enterprises, Holding Companies, Hotels, Real Estate, Media). Main responsibilities include: • Acting as the liaison between the customer and Bank’s divisions (i.e Treasury, Investment Banking, Legal Department) coordinating and overseeing with the sole aim of supporting Customers’ day-to-day business activities. • Preparing Full Credit Annual Reviews with Financial Risk Analysis for presentation to the Credit Committee, including:  Spreading and analyzing Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, Financial Ratios (IFRS / Greek GAAP)  Evaluating Business Plans and Forecasts  Identifying, measuring and assessing Credit Risk, Security Gaps in accordance with the Bank’s Risk Framework and regulatory requirements and monitoring clients’ solvency  Experience with Rating Methodologies and Capital Adequacy under Basel II & III • Conducting interim reports for waivers, amendments or other risk events under a deadline driven environment. • Implementing and monitoring credit limits in accordance with Credit Committees Approvals. Competency with a wide range of banking products such as Working Capital, Long Term Loans, Bonds (both bilateral and highly sophisticated syndicated with many different banks), Trade Finance (Letter of Guarantee, Letter of Credit), Other credit Facilities (Leasing, Factoring). • Performing industry research and comparable company analysis

Reporting to Euro Info Center Director. Fixed Term Contract. Responsible for the Business Cooperation Database (BCD) promoting European Cooperation among Small and Medium Enterprises. Key accountabilities: • Consulting SMEs regarding Europeans Union’s policies and programs • Monitoring of European legislation/ grant programs
