Brand Ambassador Training completed with extensive knowledge of entire product line portfolio. Research included using various additives, extender pigments, biocides and resins to ensure the highest level of quality and performance in our products. Experimented with raw materials, processing techniques, and formulations in creative, non-conventional approaches. Understanding and skill of production ranging from 0.1 – 3,000 gallon batches in central labs as well as manufacturing plants. Improved Waterborne Colorant stability and production which included investigating current waterborne formulas and resolving issues to minimize customer complaints. Conducted the Quality Control Procedure for Industrial Maintenance Colorants and dealt directly with a third party firm.

Responsible for ensuring that all raw material and finished products meet or exceed the quality standards established by Benjamin Moore & Co by processing batches of experimental paints and colorants. Performed and analyzed laboratory tests and procedures and record data clearly and concisely. Maintained laboratory and equipment, including calibration of automatic dispensers. Generated color matches using the color matching software and spectrophotometer. Skills include 100% Color Acuity, Laboratory Notebook Recording, Spectrophotometer, and others.

Research topics include organic synthesis of pharmaceutically active compounds, synthesis of small ring heterocyclic organic compounds, and structure activity relation (SAR) studies using various NMR pulse techniques.
