With an international background and a diverse skill set in communication and strategic problem-solving, I bring a unique perspective to the field of UI/UX design. My academic journey, including a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Shih Hsin University in Taiwan and a Master’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida, has equipped me with a deep understanding of user behavior, cultural nuances, and the importance of clear, impactful communication. My experience in marketing coordination and customer service has honed my ability to empathize with users, anticipate their needs, and craft solutions that are both functional and user-friendly. Transitioning to a career in UI/UX design, I leverage my expertise in human-centered problem-solving, developed through years of managing client relationships, analyzing consumer data, and executing strategic communication plans. My work in corporate social responsibility and crisis communication has ingrained a strong user-first mentality, crucial for creating designs that resonate with diverse audiences. Fluent in Mandarin and experienced in global markets, I am well-positioned to design inclusive, culturally aware user experiences that meet the needs of a broad and varied user base.
