Commercial Training Intern (Libtayo)
Sleepy Hollow, New York, United States
I returned to Regeneron to work on the Commercial Training team for Libtayo used for skin cancer patients. During this internship I collaborated with internal and external vendors to update the training material used to train and bring up sales representatives. I conducted SWOT analysis of the internal training material which included points on consistent branding, color analysis, and accessibility through design. I had the opportunity to shadow the sales representatives and trainers through a week-long live training that all sales reps must go through. Through my time at this internship I updated the design training app, training roadmap schedule, email header, and the live in person training schedule. During this internship I improved my skills in project management, stakeholder management, presenting, analysis, design, and leadership.

Digital Marketing Intern
Roanoke, Virginia, United States
I had the opportunity to see the healthcare industry from a provider point of view. I worked on analyzing large data sets and scrubbing and segmenting the data set. From this data list, I initiated cold calls to gauge interest in receiving a curated direct mail material and facilitate a meaningful and mutually beneficial referral relationship. Additionally, I worked with the company's CEO to design a years worth of monthly original email marketing designs for partners and referring healthcare providers focusing on relevant mental health topics.

Healthcate Provider Marketing intern (Dupixent)
Sleepy Hollow, New York, United States
At Regeneron I worked in the immunology department on the healthcare provider marketing team for Dupixent. I curated a core claims document, supported the team during brand planning, and created a competitor analysis. I also worked along side other interns to compile and define a list of industry related terms and acronyms to help future interns and current employees to streamline communication in between departments. During my internship I also got the opportunity to sit in on market research, global meetings for future launches, new hire sales representative training, and commercial marketing meetings which brought me insights on what is involved in healthcare marketing and brand launches as a whole. At the end of my internship I presented my work in a final presentation to our department. I’m very proud of the work I accomplished during my time at Regeneron and enjoyed working in the healthcare industry.

Administrative Assistant, VUF Attendant
New York State Parks
Jones Beach
I was the only employee of over 200 trained in all three positions of the area (zones, VUF, and administrative assistant). In zones, I worked in groups to manage traffic, complete projects, build material, and uphold OSHA and NYS standards of health and safety across the three most popular areas of the entire state park. As a VUF (Vehicle Usage Fee) attendant, I worked more independently providing directions and information for patrons. I also consistently upsold the annual and lifetime Empire State Park pass. As an administrative assistant, I delivered paychecks, organized paperwork, and signed in over 500 employees in the area. Additionally, during COVID, I upheld state protocols and conveyed them to patrons to ensure a safe environment. My final year at the park I worked all three positions and worked closely with the forepersons and supervisors of the area in managing and leading projects and areas of the park. I also was selected to travel to assist other parks as well, showcasing how to create a clean and organized environment for patrons to visit. The state park held concerts, events, and was a major beach in the metropolitan NY area and hosted millions of people every year.
