Program / Project Delivery (WMS + Warehouse Process) - Lead supply chain initiatives covering WMS enhancements and warehouse process changes across 5 warehouses, supporting Malaysia as a regional distribution hub. - Drive end-to-end delivery from problem definition and requirements through implementation, stakeholder alignment, rollout planning, and post-go-live stabilization. - Run delivery governance using Jira/Atlassian, including milestones, action tracking, dependencies, and risk/issue follow-ups to keep workstreams on track. - Partner with warehouse operations and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize workflows through process mapping and SOP/process flow updates, improving operational control and consistency post-rollout. - Coordinate UAT readiness and change adoption where required to ensure WMS and process changes translate into real operational improvements. Reporting & Data Analysis - Build tracking and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL/BigQuery to validate outcomes, monitor progress, and support data-driven decisions. - Develop analyses to identify improvement opportunities, track implementation impact, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable results over time.
