Responsible for end-to-end candidate engagement life cycle for experienced professional roles. I recruit for SA/M/SM level roles. Main line of services: Operate, IFS (internal firms services), Assurance, Tax, Finance and Talent Acquisition.

-Actively recruiting contributors on various locations to ensure the Foundation's success -Face-to-face sales of our supporter program -Authentically conveying the Foundation's purpose and values -Contributor management and followup via phone -Training new team members

-Surveying people directly through the phone, working from a prepared CRM base -Client survey and date management -In-store support of sales processes in clothing stores -Client communication and issue resolution in clothing stores -B2C direct sales of airport shuttle services

-Packaging mechanical gadgets and tools -Refilling mechanical pieces -Coordinating package placement
