Create, maintain, and expand relationships with customer accounts, as well as serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the organization. Oversee and ensure all inquiries, requests, and any services are satisfied for current and potential customer accounts. Create account reports for flooring and countertop departments to update the organization of any ongoing problems to be resolved, as well as any praises and accomplishments between accounts and project associates. Coordinate appointments and promote the organization through relevant associations and events.

Field and administrative support delivering strong communication and organizational skills with construction procurement, management, and project timelines. Facilitate and oversee each project, purchase the needed materials and equipment. Coordinate with other professionals such as the design team, management groups, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to ensure progressive job obligations.
