Its operations span the full value chain, from upstream sustainable resource development to downstream manufacturing of value-added products for global markets. At RGE, my responsibilities include: - Reviewed, analyzed, and drafted various legal agreements, including lease agreements, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. - Prepared and processed Circular Resolutions to support corporate actions such as amendments to the Articles of Association and changes in company management. - Conducted legal and IP research, including trademark searches, and assisted in preparing and submitting IP registration documents. Performed legal filing, organizing contracts, corporate resolutions, and statutory records to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. - Managed operational permits for RGE’s foundation, including reviewing regulatory requirements, preparing supporting documents, and coordinating submissions through relevant licensing systems and authorities. - Liaised and coordinated with internal stakeholders including RGE Singapore and Hong Kong offices, as well as external parties such as notaries, legal consultants, and government institutions in relation to corporate actions, licensing, and regulatory matters. - Assisted in ensuring legal compliance with applicable regulations, including operational, administrative, and governance-related requirements. - Provided legal support to operational activities by identifying legal risks and assisting in mitigation measures related to business operations and organizational activities.

As part of the Akulaku Group, Invesnow is an OJK-licensed mutual fund selling agent (APERD) with certified sales professionals and partnerships with over 30 investment managers. I supported Invesnow’s operations by: - Drafted and reviewed contract addendums to ensure compliance with regulations and business needs for Invesnow and investment managers. - Supported ISO 27001:2022 information security management system certification as coordinator of compliance, risk, third-party security, and document control. - Drafted official correspondence to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) ensuring company adherence to regulatory requirements. - Provided legal advice regarding interpretation and implementation of applicable regulations. - Conducted mandatory due diligence as required by investment managers. - Maintained monthly ARIA reporting and fulfilled recurring reporting obligations to the Civil Registry Office (Disdukcapil).

Akseleran is an Indonesian peer-to-peer lending platform licensed by OJK, connecting MSMEs in need of business growth funding with a pool of lenders. At Akseleran, I contributed to: - Supported 30 financing transactions, handling up to 500 legal documents including loan agreements, personal guarantees and/or corporate guarantees, fiduciary agreements, and amendments. - Reviewed partnership agreements for employee loans. - Registered fiduciary guarantees with notaries and assisted in the registration process of Mortgage Rights (SKMHT/APHT). - Prepared minutes of a monthly management meeting for reporting to the Financial Services Authority (OJK). - Facilitated gap analysis to ensure company compliance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations. - Created automated financing transaction agreements from scratch using Google Sheets, reducing time required from up to 1 day to only 3 hours, resulting in improved accuracy and efficiency. My tenure at Akseleran was short as I was impacted by a company-wide layoff.

Shipper's strategic partner, Pintek, is an OJK-licensed fintech lending company in Indonesia committed to driving business growth by strengthening capital through funding for business development. At Pintek, I had the opportunity to develop my skills through the following tasks: - Reviewed over 80+ documents for P2P lending transactions, including loan agreements, guarantees, amendments, fiduciary agreements, cessie agreements, and power of attorney (POA). - Drafted and prepared 9 official correspondence for the Financial Services Authority (OJK), including Director and Commissioner Approval Letters and trademark misuse reports. - Utilized Google Sheets formulas and Google Apps Script to automate the legal review process, reducing document review time by 83% (from 3 hours to 30 minutes) and significantly improving efficiency within the legal division.

Vidio, a leading over-the-top (OTT) streaming service in Indonesia under the EMTEK group, provided me with the opportunity to develop my skills through the Magang Merdeka program, Batch 6. During my time at Vidio, I undertook the following tasks: - Reviewed 7 non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and 4 license agreements. - Registered 2 Vidio Original Series, “Ratu Adil” and “Happy Birth-Die,” on the DGIP platform. - Conducted legal research related to Vidio's operations to identify potential legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Translated and reviewed various Vidio Terms and Conditions, providing clear and understandable language for Vidio users.

PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) is a toll road company that operates the Ir. Wiyoto Wiyono M.Sc., Harbor Road II, Depok-Antasari (through its subsidiary, PT Citra Waspphutowa), Waru-Juanda (through its subsidiary, PT Citra Margatama Surabaya), and Soreang-Pasir Koja (through its subsidiary, PT Citra Marga Lintas Jabar) toll roads. My experience with CMNP allowed me to develop my skills through the following tasks: - Reviewed 5 legal documents, such as contracts and duty letters. - Assisted in the process of obtaining business permits through OSS (Online Single Submission). - Summarized CMNP’s and its subsidiaries’ general meeting of stakeholders based on the notary deed. - Contributing to the drafting of new company regulations.
