After working with couples in various stages of divorce, I felt that this was an area where I could really make an impact, so I earned my CREDS (Certified RE Divorce Specialist) as well as RCS-D - (RE Collaboration Specialist - Divorce) to specialize in Divorce Real Estate. I’m sensitive to the challenges divorcing couple may experience as I know first-hand that divorce can be extremely overwhelming. There are many things to consider when it comes to the family home and it's important to have an experienced divorce real estate professional who can provide solid guidance based on each person's unique circumstances. My goal is to educate and help divorcing couples explore all of their options in regards to the home, identify and avoid potential complications, protect credit, minimize stressful situations and help couples move forward with their lives. Additionally, I follow the local market closely and provide the most up-to-date market and neighborhood specific data available to empower sellers and buyers to make informed real estate decisions.
