Business Manager (Year 2013 to 2023): 10 years in handling UK Design House account. The Design House is our affiliate company for Premium Stationery Items. Main duty is to handle product development, all OEM items, communicate with overseas office, video conference with US and UK offices on a frequent basis. Also need to arrange exhibition (Trade Show) in Wan Chai Convention Centre, business trip with overseas colleagues to mainland China. Develop merchandise for V&A Museum in London, which is stationery items with V&A’s artwork – Notebooks, Bookmarks, Innovative Stationery Items. Senior Business Executive (Year 2010 – 2013): 3 years in Frames and Home Décor Business, main duties are Product development, product safety. Coordination between customers and factories, also liaising with internal departments. Allocate workload within the team and provide training for new team-mates, report to manager.

One year in Seasonal Team for Christmas Items – Christmas Trees, Ornaments, Décor, Cards, Party Crackers. Buying trip work with US buyers, arrange samples for testing, sign samples, order follow up, artwork follow up between manufacturer and design department, shipment execution. Been through 2 buying trips, each one last for at least 20 days. Familiar with buying office procedures for all the quotation status, factory audit, testing, inspection.

It was my first job, started as Assistant Merchandiser, Associated Merchandiser and then Merchandiser. Focus on product development, order follow up, attend Canton and HK fairs for sourcing new vendors, packaging and packing design and Shipment arrangement.
