Lead Quality Strategy Development with Quality Leadership and ensure successful implementation and delivery through Quality Portfolio Governance Manage Quality Financial Forecast and Budget

Manages and facilitates the Platform/APAC Regional Quality Council and Management Reviews, with an oversight responsibility for driving improvements in metrics/trends as well as to provide support in terms of compliance, inspection management, issue resolution and response development to sites.

Provide leadership and direction to plant in relation to all quality compliance matters including planning and managing for external regulatory and internal audit activities to ensure that drug substance and drug products are manufactured in compliance with current GMP and international regulatory requirements.

Provide leadership and direction to plant in relation to all quality compliance matters including planning and managing for external regulatory and internal audit activities to ensure that nutritional products are manufactured and packaged in compliance with current GMP/ food safety and international regulatory requirements as well as external supplier management.

Responsible for management of the operations of API Facility, including leading 4 operations shift team and day staff in daily operation management of the facility in ensuring adherence to profit plan target and production schedule, in a compliant manner.

Responisble for people management of 3 operations shift teams in ensuring adherence to profit plan target and production schedule, in a compliant manner, as well as coaching teams on Lean concepts (RTPS, 5s, Visual systems etc) in delivering continuous improvements to day to day activities.

Responsible for leading and delivering on Continuous Improvement projects within the API facility as well as the management of the Continuous Improvement Portfolio, Site Governance & Knowledge Management.

Lead and deliver on designated continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology as well as support day-to-day routine operation of manufacturing process which includes generation of atypical/deviation, cleaning reports as well as implementation of related process/systems improvements. Attained: Merck Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Responsible for the development of quality systems for secondary facility as well as managing as site representative to support divisional roll-out and lead project for Reduced QA review of Batch Documentation. Support day-to day routine of investigations and effective CAPA proposal, documentation, cleaning report closure, involvement in metrics/data analysis of manufacturing error/ product release data.
