For my job as the Jersey Thunder Girls Club Lacrosse Goalie Coach I coach all 13-18-year-old lacrosse goalies in the program at bi-weekly practices and weekend tournaments. I improve the goalies’ knowledge, reaction time, and skills while also mentoring them on the college recruitment process.

As a Bloomsburg University Tour Guide, I share information about academic, extracurricular, and community experiences at Bloomsburg University with prospective students and families on campus tours. I also welcome prospective students and families to monthly open houses.

As a Hostess for Bahama Breeze Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey I greet the customers and seat them according to the appropriate floor plan and server rotation. I am also responsible to accommodate any specific requests from customers. Filling to-go orders over the phone and assisting servers in cleaning their tables to ensure a quick turn-over time also falls under my responsibilities in this position.

As the Event Planner for Beats By Bloom I have the job of designing the theme for the Winter and Spring acapella showcases. I am also responsible for creating marketing materials, including promotional flyers and event programs. On the day of the showcase I am responsible to decorate the space according to the theme, as well as collect donations and sell t-shirts. I also have the job to help with lighting and sound cues during the performance.

For my internship with the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League I had the responsibility of using Happs Now to form private links for groups 25+ to receive group sale tickets. I also brainstormed half-time event giveaways, and solicited sponsorships from companies for their Silent Auction.

As the Event Chairperson for The Relay for Life of Paramus, New Jersey I managed the 30-person event leadership team, delegated tasks to committee members, as well as organized and facilitated the monthly committee and team captain meetings. I had the responsibility of securing the event and meeting spaces, as well as promoting the event through public speaking opportunities and tabling at various community events. During my time in this position I hosted nearly 1,000 participants annually, raised about $500,000 in 3 years for The American Cancer Society at the annual 12-hour overnight community event. As well as placed in the top three RFL events for funds raised in NJ and earned NJ's #1 Event Leadership Team in 2015. Lastly, I worked closely with the American Cancer Society to communicate the mission of the 12-hour fundraising event for the non-profit.
