Promoted to Assistant Manager from sales assistant. I was overseing all the daily functions of the store, including selling, coaching, recruiting, merchandising, and performing maintenance and inventory control. I was juggling the sales plan, customer service needs, sales associate training, and organisational tasks to meet each day's goals and dynamic challenges.
