Over 20 years of private practice and in-house experience gained from across Australia, UK and Hong Kong in broad range of areas including complex commercial litigation, corporate insolvency, compliance investigations and contract review. Knowledge management (KM) role in private practice included managing knowledge resources, developing training programmes for AsiaPac and Hong Kong, and providing project management support on multi-jurisdiction investigations, data review and litigation matters. Passionate about learning and development, and using storytelling and community of practice methodologies to capture tacit knowledge from experienced practitioners. Special interest in using KM and project management methodologies to deliver outcomes in large teams and using technology to collaborate across multiple jurisdictions.
