Partner and General Counsel at a pan-European Special Sits PE Firm with extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing investments and exits across multiple jurisdictions. I work closely with my Team members, investors, advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure transactions are executed efficiently while aligning legal, strategic, and commercial objectives.My role combines legal leadership with strategic involvement throughout the investment lifecycle: from deal sourcing, fundraising and investor relations to transaction execution and portfolio oversight. I regularly coordinate complex investment structures and lead negotiations, conduct risk assessment, and provide strategic guidance to support long-term value creation. I also participate in evaluating opportunities and dealing with the Firm’s internal affairs.I have significant experience in the establishment and structuring of RAIF funds and investment vehicles in Luxembourg, coordinating closely with key service providers including AIFMs, depositary banks, auditors, and other advisors.Beyond transaction execution, I monitor portfolio companies and serve on the board of several of them, supporting management teams on governance and key corporate decisions.I bring a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to complex deals, combining legal expertise with strategic perspective and strong execution capabilities.Personal strengths include: risk assessment, communication, sound judgment, strategic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder alignment.
