• Monthly maintenance and negotiation of 1st Leg Ocean Freight (LCL) rates for Nomination / FOB shipments • Maintenance and calculation of (LCL) transshipment tariffs sent to overseas offices for Freehand shipments • Comparison of transshipment tariff rates to ensure competitiveness • Communication with overseas offices for negotiation of rates and quoting spot rates • Settlement of shipment rate disputes • Monthly updating and reporting of import / export statistics • Statistical Analysis to pin-point weak / strong trade lanes to focus / invest using excel pivot table • Communication with stakeholders to investigate weak trade lanes and potential volume • Maintenance of rebate agreements

• Ensuring inventory accuracy and stock availability during enquiries • Handling FCL import and export shipments for general and LW shipments. • Monitor, coordinate and following-up with relevant parties during and after import (upon receiving NOA) • Permit declaration for import and export shipments. • Trucking arrangements for local deliveries. • Order processing, coordinate and following-up with relevant parties during and after export • Ensure documentation accuracy, prompt entry and proper filing • Preparation of Ad-Hoc Job Orders and Invoices with supporting documents to CS Leaders • Ensure accurate billing • Reporting any non-compliance and generating inventory and stock-movement reports when required
