Hello, I am a full-time student at the University of Houston-Downtown. I am from Ionia, Michigan, and I was raised in Houston, Texas, for most of my life. I love to study and learn new things every day. I am currently working as a warehouse associate at Amazon.com. I mostly load trailers, but I have also been able to move up to other positions. I have been trained to clear jams to create flow within the warehouse. Lately, my managers have assigned me to monitor and sweep trailers, meaning I use software such as Excel and graphs to move trailers in and out of the dock. I have a strong passion for photography and exploring new cities. Traveling to different states has been a go-to for me when I get the chance. Learning about different areas of the country brings me much joy as I get to understand society from different perspectives.
