• Engaged on Telkomsel's super-apps point-of-sale digital channel (DigiPOS Aja!) project by monitor progress of work streams to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones, resolving outstanding tasks promptly, with timely escalation of potential roadblocks and delays. • Providing support includes coordinating activities, participating in key discussions, providing solutions, and providing implementation support through collaboration with teams from various companies. • Managing daily and weekly reporting key progress and updates to manager and management.

• Rewarded as 3rd best MT Candidate • Rotatingly visited operations/support teams from various applications managed by TDS business unit to learn each application process, conduct evaluations, and provide recommendations for technical and management improvements.

• Project based working to perform quality assurance checks on digital products, emphasizing UX principles through Heuristic Evaluation techniques and Usability Tests. Generate and present research report to product owners. • Conducted 16 heuristic evaluations and 3 usability tests on digital products across diverse business models (e.g : My Pertamina, Agree Mart, Tomps, Pijar kampus, BagiData, ETC) • Awarded as the second growth PASS employee in 2022.

• Redesigned Inspektorat Utama Sekretariat Jendral’s DPR RI’s website through comprehensive research (Heuristic evaluation, survey), create high-fidelity prototypes, and frontend website development. • Developed a high-fidelity prototype for Sistem Informasi Tanggap Aspirasi dan Pengaduan (SIGAP) website for DPR RI. • Coordinated with Inspektorat Utama Sekretariat Jendral’s DPR RI’s and respective stakeholders to gather website requirements, standards, and needs. • Perform regular website development report.

• Create automation data scraping process using Python and Selenium. Succesfully retrieve approximately 5000 researcher data from Google Scholar. • Focuses on processing textual data (NLP) by employing Python machine learning algorithms to clean, visualize, and analyze data. • Develop and present weekly research reports.

• Perform quality and formatting checks on academic publications prior to publication. • Redesign journal covers and certificates.
