• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements. • Perform accurate quantity take-offs for materials, finishes, equipment, and construction components. • Review architectural, structural, and interior drawings to determine project scope, quantities, and pricing. • Analyze tender documents, RFQs, addenda, and specifications to ensure complete and compliant estimates. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to validate pricing, constructibility, and schedules. • Obtain, review, and compare subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure best value and scope coverage. • Develop detailed pricing breakdowns, alternates, and value-engineering options to meet project budgets. • Price change orders, scope revisions, and design updates throughout the project . • Maintain cost databases, unit rates, and historical pricing for labor, materials, and equipment. • Support project teams with budget tracking, cost control, and variance analysis during construction. • Ensure estimates align with Ontario Building Code (OBC), project specifications, and contract requirements. • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and scope reviews to identify risks, assumptions, and cost impacts early in the estimating process. • Prepare bid summaries, clarifications, and exclusions for management review and client submission.

•Conduct accurate cost analyses and estimates for labour, equipment, material and other resources. - Assess various tender documents, quotations, drawings and specifications. - Examine the civil construction materials as per technical specifications. - Prepare documentation for construction projects including site instructions, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, product submittals, contracts, bid packages, quotations and close out documents • Project planning, scheduling, and organizing. • Enhance the construction site strategies and action plan. • Conduct meetings with site officials, clients, consultants to meet their construction project site requirements on time. • Analyze and review the materials quantity requirements. • Scheduling material and equipment purchase and deliveries. • Examine the quality of construction materials which includes steel, cements, concrete, blocks, tiles/interlocks, Formwork, pipes, and accessories, etc. • Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time. • Make regular site visits to ensure the construction activities as per site standard directive and proposed plan. • Making recommendations and presenting alternative solutions to problems. • Progress report making and documentations.

• Project Planning & Scheduling the building projects. • Attending meetings with clients to analyze project requirements and coordinating with them for the smooth running of the projects. • Check and review all the plans and structural drawings and make regular site visits for verifications. • Review the designs and quantity calculations. • Examine & ensure the quality of construction work. • Inspect and verify the major construction activities like earthworks, Reinforcements, Concreting, Block/Brick work, plastering. • Supervising all the substructure and superstructure of building construction project activities. • Ensuring the survey markings, leveling and points. • Made a day-to-day project progress report and update to concern construction/Project manager.
