Leading the development of NordicGreen AI, an AI-native RegTech platform designed to bridge the critical sustainability data gap for Nordic enterprises. My work focuses on three core pillars: 1. AI-Driven Vision Pipeline & Data Engineering I am architecting a proprietary document-processing engine that utilizes Computer Vision and Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve the "unstructured data" crisis in ESG reporting. Our pipeline ingests raw PDF invoices and receipts (Fuel, Electricity, Logistics), automatically extracting consumption metrics and mapping them to localized emission factors from VTT Finland and GHG Protocol databases. This automation eliminates manual data entry by 85% while maintaining forensic-grade accuracy for regulatory compliance. 2. Enterprise Dashboard & Compliance Infrastructure I lead the end-to-end product design of our compliance "Command Center," built on a modern React and Tailwind CSS stack. The platform allows CFOs and Fleet Managers to visualize Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in real-time. I have integrated a "Double Materiality" assessment framework and an immutable audit trail into the platform’s core. Every carbon figure generated is directly traceable back to its source document, ensuring the final CSRD/ESEF reports are 100% audit-ready for third-party assurance. 3. Strategic Market Entry & Nordic Integration I am spearheading our Go-to-Market strategy in Northern Europe, targeting the "Supply Chain Waterfall Effect." As Tier-1 enterprises (>€450M turnover) are now mandated to report Scope 3 data, I have positioned NordicGreen AI as the essential tool for their SME suppliers to remain competitive. I am developing strategic partnerships with Finnish logistics associations (SKAL) and ERP providers (Visma) to integrate our SaaS platform into the Nordic business fabric, targeting a scalability milestone of €2.5M ARR by Year 3.
