Andy Weber

As President of MAREN Construction, Andy is deeply committed to the success of each project and in cultivating lifelong partnerships. He provides executive leadership to the MAREN team, ensuring everyone has the resources and support they need to achieve massive success. Prior to starting MAREN Construction, Andy held project management and leadership positions at two of the nation’s largest contractors, Brasfield & Gorrie and DPR Construction. He led DPR’s Special Services Group, a business unit focused on interior and boutique ground-up construction, for seven years. Supervising more than 30 professionals, he provided executive operational oversight, assembled and deployed the appropriate project teams, and tracked and analyzed financial data while ensuring customer satisfaction for more than 150 projects valued at over $250 million. During his more than 12 years at Brasfield & Gorrie, Andy was a team leader in the healthcare market sector, working closely with designers and engineers to deliver multi-million-dollar construction projects for Atlanta’s top healthcare systems. He also managed preconstruction and estimating services, developing effective value engineering, scheduling, and cost strategies for projects of all sizes. This extensive hands-on expertise has provided Andy with comprehensive knowledge of every facet of the construction experience, from preconstruction to project turnover. Through his effective leadership and focus on customer satisfaction, Andy has executed successful projects for the nation’s most innovative companies and organizations, including Google, Salesforce, Workday, WeWork, Anthem, Emory Healthcare, Wellstar Health System, Northside Hospital, and Piedmont Healthcare.
