In charge of customers Puma, Skechers, Clarks, Brooks… Footwear section. Find customers from new brands operating in Vietnam and China. Introduce new textile materials to customers, discuss prices, solve material problems. Support sales teams with material issues from T1 factory side. Research to capture new material trends to recommend to the company. Material selection, catalog design for the new season. Welcome customers to visit the factory, introduce and explain the production processes, material properties, materials testing methods. Responsible for the annual factory audit from customers Adidas, New Balance, Lacoste, Decathlon. There are also GRS, HIGG, SUPPLY-R evaluation programs. In charge of checking human rights, safety, wages and benefits for workers.

- New product development for the Salomon brand. - Responsible for developing models from pull-over, color sample and confirmation stage SS22, AW23 and SS24. - Working with customers about new models, product development issues. - Follow up the sample production progress, handle problems related to materials, product quality.
