-Cradle to grave product management leadership -Leadership of new product development team consisting of program managers, project engineers, and design professionals. -Customer and supplier engagement to ensure program commercial, performance and quality targets are met.

-Coordinate with global program managers from early gate stages through product launch for all new product development sourcing requirements. Define cost targets for NPD -Provide sourcing decisions based on total landed cost analysis aligned with global supply chain strategy -Maintain critical supplier relationships and on board new suppliers that meet commercial, quality and delivery needs -Sourcing Parts from the following industries: gray iron foundries, CNC machining with HMC and VMC, CNC lathe turning, die casting, investment casting and injection molding

-New business development, market share growth and problem resolution -Preparation and presentation of program economics to internal and external stakeholders -Program Management responsible for aligning all international business units including: operations, quality, supply chain, finance and engineering

-Advance quality planning across global organization from concept to product launch for new product development

Facilitiate and execute internal process improvements using data driven problem solving methods.
