- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles inspired by the Toyota Production System (including Jidoka, Just In Time, QAC, 5S, Safety, and Working Standards) to streamline operations and optimize efficiency. - Oversee all aspects of Production, Quality, Engineering, PPIC, Maintenance, Purchasing, Marketing, HRD & GA Departments to establish and uphold Quality System Management standards (ISO TS 16949:2009), Environmental System Management (ISO 14001:2004), and Occupational Health and Safety (OSHAS 18001:2007). - Provide comprehensive reports to the President Director on all improvement and consultancy activities, emphasizing cost reduction, increased productivity, efficiency enhancement, and minimizing defects and downtime through collaborative teamwork.
