Andy Steven Castro Andrade

I work as a European Project Consultant at TICASS, supporting the development and management of EU-funded projects focused on renewable energy, sustainability, and environmental protection. My work primarily involves hydrogen technologies and innovative solutions aimed at reducing emissions in energy-intensive industries. I contribute to project design, partner coordination, and technical reporting, particularly in the context of Horizon Europe and similar programmes. Key areas of expertise include green hydrogen, circular economy, industrial decarbonisation, and environmental innovation.

I chose to carry out my thesis research in Greece to combine my academic interest in biomass with the opportunity to work in an international environment. This experience allowed me to collaborate with professionals and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, enriching my perspective and strengthening my ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
