Founded and developed a multi channel retail chain in the UK operating out of fifteen prime high street locations. PULP sells music inspired branded street wear and authentic fashion brands. My role has been to develop central operating and finance functions and manage the acquisition of properties and the store opening programme.

Reporting to the Managing Director responsible for all aspects of operations for the music, film and book retailer during a period of rapid expansion. Opening 35 new stores, managing the acquisition of 67 stores into the chain and the subsequent rationalisation of stores head office and warehousing. Reduced the central cost base by 40%LFL through improved procurement and efficiencies in all locations, improved stock loss by 25%LFL and supply chain costs by an additional 30%LFL.
