I will describe first why i will be here, in Jepara? i was hired as freelancer Chinese/Mandarin Interpreter from April 2013 - September 2013 with Mr. Gao from China Mainland, i assist him go to Jepara for one week every two months. So, i am starting to broaden my insight about furniture and i was offered a job in Jepara and i am willing to take the opportunities and face the challenges. Below is my job description: 1. Procurement I has to search and evaluate every single local supplier i have been met. Then, we will give them trial order. Follow up every week, make a progress report, and quality control. 2. Supervise 2nd stage Production until Export processing We export raw furniture to China, and we know that for the raw furniture there has a high qualification. Because for raw furniture, we can clearly see the wood textures and surface. For the first production, we has sub-factory to help us then we will do some process like insect prevention, drying, sanding and packing. Our sanding qualification is you can directly spray sanding sealer on it, smooth surface. 3. Legal Document Handling & Finance For Company legal license in Indonesia, Tax license, Export license, Tax Report, Finance report. 4. Handling Export Licence, Trucking and Custom Clearance. 5. Manage relationship with our stakeholder especially our supplier that very supporting us.
