o Search, qualification, customization and management of first purchases of any new products and/or any new suppliers of national and international products, o Direct management of the key suppliers, mainly internationals( China, USA, Italy, South Korea, Sweden,,) o Control and supervision from all the different purchasing departments in the subsidiary companies from the group (Spain, USA, England, China, France, Germany, Sweden, Belgium..) o Search and management of volume consolidation projects between the subsidiary companies and Samoa Industrial. o Outsourcing of some manufactured products to good quality suppliers and more effective costs. o Presentation and promotion of the new products made in Samoa Industrial to the subsidiary companies o Corporate proyects where the eventual acquisition of third companies is analyzed.

o Same responsibilities than as Chairman of the Board of Directors, adding the shared resposibility with the other Managing Director of signing every kind of agreement and presenting it against the competent authorities.

o Assistance to every Board and every Ordinary Shareholders Meeting in order to take decisions about the strategy and focus the company must follow. o Full implication in all the company areas: Comercial, purchasing, costs, human resources, legal..

o Production control and planning o Planning and programming of all industrial purchases o Search of new parts in national/international suppliers o Responsible against the company in charge of the production (Up to 70 workers) o Suggestion of improvements in line, process, product.. o Product certification against different marks and standards (CE, UL, NOM, TÜV, NF, GS, BS..) o Prototyping adaptation to seried production o Patent portfolio management
