I am a hard working and dedicated 55 year old South African male. I am currently employed as the Project's Manager for Melbro Pty Ltd (The Crazy Store). I oversee planning and execution of the following projects; New Stores, Store Closures, Revamps, Relocations, Expansions and Reductions. My main work attributes are planning and organizing the Company's Weekly Project's Roll-Out, delivering the necessary information to all the relative parties. Pre-BO and BO site visits and giving feedback to Projects Team. Frequent meetings with Landlord's and Contractors to discuss required store specifications. Discussion of necessary scope of work and Planning with Contractor's. Track and follow up on individual (multiple) projects until Hand Over. Ensure all possible snags are resolved. Overall signage criteria and information for proposals. Ensuring Steel orders and quatities are correct.
