Currently I am managing the roadmap and product developments of the company, assisting sales team in sales lead discovery and technical product presentations and orchestrating allocation of development resources based on product roadmap and business priorities. I have also maintained ownership of the USV product that started in the previous role, as a personal choice.

In this position I have led a cross-functional team in the development of an multi-purpose modular USV. As a Scrum Master for the development and prototyping team, i have ensured compliance with the Agile Principles and helped the team to deliver healthy incremental improvements to the prototype whicle keeping stakeholders happy. We have worked together with the stakeholders to identify and achieve business goals for the project. I also took upon myself, tasks of strategical nature such as performing market research to ensured market fit of the product, vetting potential partners, payload suppliers and hardware providers. As a result, we have successfully delivered, tested and demonstrated first vessel prototype at the Estonian/NATO military exercise in collaboration with Estonian NAVY.

During my first 2 months I have exceeded expectations as a Tech Support Engineer, and I was promoted to Customer Support Process Lead. In this position my responsibilities are focused on ensuring that systems we produce are simple to use and maintain. I am responsible for coordinating, developing and testing processes for support, maintenance and repair of our systems. Daily, I coordinated with production, development and support teams to solve existing, or get ahead of any potential problems so that if and when they arise - we have some procedures that can help us deal with them. My understanding of software and hardware, as well as my attention to details, helped me discern the problem's root cause, accurately estimate what resources are needed and spearhead development of the solution.

My main tasks were to communicate with company partners and end-users, gather feedback and aid in cooperate with development team to resolve problems and rapidly develop features that are really needed in the product. My experiences in test hardware, robotics and software development have proven to be indispensable in this position, allowing me to develop proof-of-concept solutions that can be tested with end-users and later perfected as a part of the real product

I am a freelance software engineer and did a couple outsource game development projects with my company as well as some projects purely for my own ammusement.

I was a lead engineer of the company's department of mobile game development. We were developing an exploration mobile game with rogue-like elements. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to: development and planing of application architecture, development and testing of key features, and ensuring cooperation of testing and business and development teams.This position gave me management experience, understanding of how to approach resource allocation, and helped me to develop my skills for solving architectural problems of complex interconnected systems
