I am an engineering and operations leader with over 15 years of experience managing industrial automation, electrical engineering, and maintenance service operations in the energy and manufacturing sectors.Currently, I lead the Klaipėda division at Axioma Servisas, where I oversee project execution and industrial maintenance services across Western Lithuania. My role focuses on building strong leadership teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering complex engineering projects that support long-term infrastructure development.Throughout my career, I have progressed from technical field roles to senior leadership, which allows me to combine hands-on technical understanding with strategic management and organizational development.My leadership approach is based on structured planning, data-driven decision-making, and empowering teams to achieve measurable performance results.
