* Andrijana has performed project of introducing Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Commercial Exploitation in Travel and Tourism. * As part of the project, she was involved in following activities: * setting up process of reaction in case of identification a case of sexual commercial exploitation of children in travel and tourism, * engaging companies involved in area of travel and tourism to support Code introduction (stakeholders management) * organizing coordination workshop and preparing trainning design for public entities involved in dealing with potential case of sexual commercial exploitation of children in travel and tourism * organization of project events

Managing projects in mandate given by Investment committee in terms of overviewing procurement, contracting (for implementation and run phase), delivering, managing changes/issues, communication (all levels of corporate hierarchy incl. Group), preparation for launch (technical, market entry, sales), deployment (incl. cutover), after launch. Also in charge of building knowledge management for PM community, coaching project manager out from core CPMO team. Successfully handled several managing-consultancy like challenges (introduction of Customer Experience dept, redesigning BI ecosystem, incl. creation of BICC dept.)
