- Participate as a key person in launching a new production facility from scratch based on experience gained from the Danish company (ongoing business trips to Denmark at an early stage). - Establish and implement developing approaches and operational improvements for a new company. - Build production and project plans and graphs, provide estimates for upcoming projects according to Agile technologies. - Responsible for the hiring process of new colleagues, onboarding and relocation support, perform an interview, define a level of salaries. The company grew from 4 to 25 people. - Prepare financial plans and reports, estimation of costs and sales. - Close communication with Danish management team in order to define proper developing approaches to UA company branch. - Prepare a project plan and layout for the new production site in order to rapidly increasing company growth and new developing turnaround.

- Managed tasks for a team of 5 Ukrainian engineers, prepared scope of daily work and project estimation based on personal technical background. - Established new tasks, goals of the projects using Kanban methodology and Trello board. - Negotiations with company suppliers about parts procurement and delivery solutions. - Designed the industrial sterilization units and turnkey solutions for our Belgian customer - company "Sterisys". - Piping and routing for sterilization applications (used in the pharmaceutical industry and medicine). - Development of a design library of standard industrial parts.

- Responsible for delivering the project according to agreed scope and customer expectation, meet the established deadlines. - Managed the team of 3 Vietnamese engineers-subcontractors using Basecamp management software. - Prepared production plan, production budget, bill of materials and estimation cost-effectiveness of an upcoming product. - Participated in meetings with customers and assist with establishing project requirements. - Daily work and communicate directly with China factories regarding sample making, material procurement, material quality, and production quality control. - Designed a metal forming equipment/bending machines and their controlling units using Solidworks.

- Operated on the whole project from the beginning to the final stage, managing and planning own scope of work. - Used Jira software to track daily/weekly performance, projects, and task estimation. - Performed FE analysis of steel structures, frames, conveyors, parts of ships, offshore structures, different types of winches, cabins of excavators and loaders etc. - Engineering consulting according to existing projects in different industries (civil engineering, industrial equipment, offshore and maritime, aerospace). - Computed 3D models using the Finite Element method and verify structures for fatigue, plate buckling, and member checks according to European, American and Japanese standards such as DIN, Eurocode, AISI-ANSI, FEM, JIS etc.
