Financing: - Cooperation with Ukrainian banks and international financing institutions regarding different types of credit transactions; - Deal with intergroup loans, support of a registration process of the off-shore loans at the NBU. Cash and liquidity management: - Forecasting of cash-flow and managing of daily cash position; - Optimization of payment methods, improvement of cash pooling; - Implementation and supporting of all required types of banking operations (cash collections and delivery, acquiring). Risk management: - Report to the management on financial risks; - Hedging of foreign exchange risk; - Ensure compliance with local rules for cash management

Financing: - Cooperation with Ukrainian and international banks, structuring of different types of credit transactions (working capital facilities, CAPEX financing programme, structured finance facilities: pre-export, post-import financing, Export Credit Agency covered loans); - Full support of an execution and credit administration processes of debt portfolio (work on Term Sheet, Credit Agreement, different types of collateral agreements, cooperation with external legal advisers and appraisal companies, monitoring of the fulfillment of all credit agreement obligations); Insurance: - Dealing with insurance, reinsurance companies and brokers regarding different kinds of insurance policies (property damage, business interruption, political violence insurance, crop insurance and other); - Managing of insurance contracts during all period of validity (starting from negotiation and structuring of an insurance policy and up to loss adjustment).

- Search and acquisition of new clients, negotiating with clients about bank financing; - Maintenance of effective relationships and permanent connection with the customer (tracing of changes, offers of new services) during period of service; - Structuring of the credit transactions; - Analysis of financial performance of the potential borrowers; - Analysis of client cash-flow projection, stress testing of cash flow, preparation of worst case scenario; - Researching the market position of a potential borrower; - Credit project management - cooperation with various departments, control over the implementation of the project.

Current maintenance passive operations of corporate customers: open current and deposits accounts, forex operations, salary project, acquiring and other servicing.
