- Coached 20 students through a full design thinking cycle in partnership with Circular Republic, focusing on solutions around critical raw materials. - Facilitated problem framing, rapid prototyping, and final pitch development, guiding interdisciplinary teams from ideation to validated concepts

The joint industry project was a collaboration between MONA Motors (agricultural machinery startup) and the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). Our four-member multidisciplinary team developed a deep-tech computer vision-based autonomy solution for compact agricultural loaders, addressing labor shortages and high manual workload in farming. My responsibilities included: - Co-developing the business model and value proposition - UX design, including mobile app flows - Stakeholder coordination - Preparing presentations and pitching (together with the team)

- Worked together with my team to manage the end-to-end rebuild of the Aegean Mobile App, focusing on user stories, testing, content, and user transition. - Worked with cross-functional teams to oversee development cycles, prioritize features, and ensure quality through QA testing and feedback. - Researched, proposed, and planned new app features, including vendor outreach and contract negotiations.

- Founded and led the NGO UniAI, the first Greek student initiative aimed at promoting AI education and innovation among Greek students. - Organized seminars, workshops, intercultural experiences on AI, and the first “AI Makeathon” in Athens with over 200 participants. - Established partnerships with companies, institutions and professionals to enhance the organization's reach and impact, through events & workshops.

Tutored children aged from 12 to 17 on competitive debating, negotiations, and public speaking. Participated in school tournaments as coach and adjudicator.

Coordinated teams of 12–14-year-old girls, organized games, sport and creative activities
