I didn’t choose the hard path. The hard path chose me.Over the past two decades I’ve built companies across Europe — construction, law, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and now AI. Different industries, different countries, different languages. But the same lesson underneath all of it: the external world is just a mirror. What you build outside is always, always a reflection of what’s happening inside.I’ve sat in rooms with powerful people. I’ve also sat alone in rooms where everything I’d built had just collapsed — and the only thing left was the question of who I actually was without any of it.I’ve been through legal battles that were designed to end me. Through moments where the rational choice was to give up and the only irrational thing I had left was the refusal to do it.I didn’t come through all of that because I was stronger than the circumstances.I came through because at some point I stopped fighting the circumstances and started understanding myself.That shift — that specific, deeply personal moment of waking up to what was actually driving my decisions, my patterns, my results — changed everything. Not just in business. In the way I think. The way I lead. The way I walk into uncertainty and find something useful in it instead of something to survive.Today I’m building Lunara AI — real-time 3D AI avatars that bring genuine human presence into digital interaction. It is the most ambitious thing I’ve ever built. And it could only have been built by someone who has already lost everything once and learned that starting over is not a punishment.It’s a skill.I also write. Three books, so far — on transformation, resilience, and the invisible forces that shape why some people break under pressure and others break through it. I don’t write theory. I write from the middle of the experience, for the people who are still in it.I’m not interested in the performance of success.
