* Sorts, routes, controls, and distributes mail to various branches of the organization. * Maintains and classifies a variety of files involving many subjects. * Maintains logs, cards and other reference records by posting information/date and retrieving and/or filing. * Operates various mail processing equipment and a computer equipment to enter and extract data and information. * Takes documents out of routing in Reds and files file folders in Central Files. * Processed incoming and outgoing regular USPS mail, Certified Mail, and Fed Ex.

Ensures the inbound flights were unloaded in a timely fashion, accounted for what baggage may have been loaded in which compartments to ensure proper weight and balance, and transferred bags from one flight to another. Carried bags from the "bag room" to the proper flight, sorted bags into carts according to routing, delivered bags from an inbound aircraft to the baggage claim carousel, scanning each mail and freight package and delivering it to its proper aircraft. Performed the duties of an Operations (load control) agent, Warehouse agent, Ramp Agent, Transfer Agent, Inbound Runner, Lavatory Agent, and Bag Room Agent.
