Manage 30+ multifamily residential projects, achieving numerous certifications including LEED for Homes/NC, NYSERDA Multifamily Performance Program (MPP), ENERGY STAR Multifamily High-Rise Program (ES MFHR), Enterprise Green Communities (EGC), New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), and New York City Housing Preservation and Department Overlay Project (HPD Overlay). Coordinate with owners, architects, MEP engineers, and general contractors throughout design and construction phase - ensuring design/construction components meet program criterions and energy code requirements (ASHRAE 90.1: 2007/2010/2013, NYECC 2012/2014/2016). * Operated within the framework of a professional planning/consulting relationship with the clients in Levy County, Florida. * Collaborated with a team of 6 students to conduct professional-level research and data-gathering including field work, analysis, and reporting. Then provided alternative planning and design scenarios. * Made a public presentation of findings and recommendations to local residents, planners, and community leaders on what needs to be done to prepare for impacts of sea level rise in Levy County
