Managed an international group of web developers and marketing analyst. The team was responsible for our division web site development for sites such as http://scientific.thomson.com, http://www.isinet.com,http://www.derwent.com. We handled the website content consildation and website development migration for the array of companies that made up the scientific division of Thomson. Incharge of all marketing lead and reponse systems including: Dartmail, Salesforce.com (leads and ROI), Omniture and webtrends for site statistical analysis. We provided systems training and we work with each marketing unit to assist them with launching large scale web and e-marketing campaigns. Ran usability studies to determine the course of web site redevelopment. Worked closely with the Marketing Research group to set up online surveys and capture responses.

Responsible for procuring and developing out various content and document management systems including Documentum and a small UK CMS vendor called Mediasurface. I was part of the Thomson Corporate web team and assisted with the development of http://www.thomson.com

I managed a national call center ( a team of 15 people) which provided technical, marketing and business system support to our entire network of vendors. Including retail vendor such as WallMart and RadioShack.
