Village Roadshow required a previously failed Office 365 migration project to be relaunched and delivered. The project was to migrate 1800 staff across all VRL businesses from Office 2007 and on-premise exchange email to Office 365 and to deploy OneDrive with Teams. RESPONSIBILITIES - Re-launch and deliver a previously failed migration to Microsoft Office 365 project using an Agile approach for an iterative delivery approach of key business deliverables; - Migrate 1800 staff from Office 2007 to Office 365 at all Village Roadshow business sites, including - Movie World, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild, Australian Outback Spectacular, Paradise Country, Sea World Resort, Village Roadshow Studios and Topgolf; - Deliverables included the migration of 1800 staff from Exchange 2010 to Office 365, upgrading all staff to Microsoft Office 2016, SAP A4E, EPM, SAPGUI, backup of cloud-based inboxes and OneDrive via Veeam, migrating staff to Skype for Business, deploying OneDrive and upgrading Citrix to Office 2016; - Manage Organisational Change Management throughout the life of the project.

* During my time at Swinburne I would run various internal projects to improve business processes via the use of technology. To initiate my projects I conducted Agile workshops to understand the business problems and to construct an improved business process. MuleSoft was used heavily for integration between systems to ensure improved business processes. * RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead end-to-end delivery of transformational projects for business process improvement * Manage project Initiation workshops, create project business case, manage budgeting, scope, schedule, risks, issues and reporting; * Run Lean Project Initiation Workshops for various projects enabling more effective project kick off than waterfall;

Tasked with stabilising systems and building IT capabilities and governance for a global provider of engineered services and products, I introduced industry standards and processes (ITIL), improving service levels and securing senior management buy-in to continued IT investment. During this time, I also built a data recovery centre as part of business continuity planning, migrating all systems onto a virtualised platform, ahead of the curve. Halved operational outages through training staff on ITIL and introducing core processes in daily operations; Improved business satisfaction ratings to nearly 100% within 12 months through team restructuring, culture change and capability building; Generated significant cost saving and increased speed and uptime by replacing the WAN frame relay with a managed solution.

Responsible for driving a strategically important virtualisation agenda, my focus was on transferring the company s IT operations and staff onto cloud platforms. I held total project management responsibility including requirements gathering, budget management, stakeholder engagement, business communications and change management. I also managed the training process and external vendors during migration processes. RESPONSIBILITIES - A transformational project role, transferring operations and staff onto a cloud-based platform consisting of Office 365, HP cloud storage, VoIP and Virtual Conferencing as a critical strategic business enabler; - End-to-end project delivery including budget management, stakeholder engagement, business communications plans, change management and issue escalation; - Management of external vendors during the migration process.

Being involved in a growing digital organisation I was responsible for delivering a number of Agile projects spanning disaster recovery, risk mitigation and business continuity planning. During this time, I worked with the business to streamline an onerous sales process (in SAP) to increase productivity, while also managing a high stake online and SAP disaster recovery test on the live platform, and a number of large scale software projects. RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for the delivery of various projects within an Agile environment - Led the definition and delivery of Seeks first full disaster recovery test encompassing SAP, SQL, Storage, Servers and Website teams covering Seeks Employment Learning; - Deliver an AWS based training system as part of Seeks virtualisation strategy; - Streamline the SAP sales process using Lean and Agile to increase productivity through simplification.

* Promoted to program manage the Wintel project team on the Telstra account, one of IBM * s largest national accounts, I led the delivery of over 50 concurrent WinTel projects and a project delivery team of 21 designing, building and implementing IT solutions. The company was shifting to a global account structure, necessitating the documentation of complex processes and procedures to scale operations. All projects were delivered within tight timeframes and budgets. * Successfully managed the account through a period of change, delivering multiple business critical projects; * Provided leadership to an on- and off-shore model; * Member of the Change Advisory Board, reviewing and approving change implementation plans; * Developed internal processes and technical documents to transition new systems securely into BAU.

Working for the FWC, an independent government agency, I was responsible for identifying business issues and requirements, while designing and implementing IT solutions to deliver targeted benefits. Briefed with overseeing the delivery of IBM s contracted services to NAB encompassing IT systems, I supported work stream delivery for multiple transformation projects including NextGen, R2A and uBank. I also developed governance and compliance processes to support the integration of greenfield banking systems products into BAU, while looking at ways of improving project approval and ways of working between NAB and IBM. RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for overseeing National Australia Bank IT projects and delivering transformation projects within the NextGen, R2A and uBank programs; - Developed new governance and compliance processes to support the integration of greenfield banking system products into BAU operations; - Forged relationships across a complex account, leveraging connections and influence to drive forward momentum and project outcomes through people without direct authority.
