Works included various Signalling and Civils ancillary structures for the Design and Build contractor Babcock International.

Civils elements managed included: Work Option Forms (high-level options) * Signal Option Selection Summary Reports for overbridge interventions and Stations * Platform Extensions * Awning and viaduct F001 option designs * and signal gantries. I was also responsible for a small civils design team as team leader, providing upwards and downwards cascades of business processes/ notifications, health and safety bulletins * and day-to-day resource management.

I monitored multidisciplinary design deliveries, solving blockers to delivery and coordinating solutions for increased productivity for up to Form 3 detailed designs. Additionally I was responsibly for managing coordination between the multiple Civils Design and checking teams; split across different offices within the UK and internationally in India.
