• As Data Engineering Lead, orchestrated building of automated and complex data pipelines in MOH's consolidated data repository (MCDR), ensuring timely delivery of cleaned datasets for analysts’ use amidst high user demand and time sensitivity. Transitioned team from traditional waterfall working model to Kanban/Agile. • Oversaw migration of data from MOH's Omnibus file-based system to database architecture. Worked with key external and internal stakeholders for change management, leveraging from past analytical experience to help users transition from traditional statistical tools like SPSS, Stata to Python and PySpark. • During COVID-19, managed data architecture of COVID-19 data flow between upstream to downstream systems. Designed dashboards to provide key insights on the efficacy of ART tests across brands and healthcare settings to MOH's senior management. • Project and data lead for MOH’s Primary Care Survey from 2018-2020, analysing survey data and providing key insights on the Primary Care sector to critical stakeholders such as Private sector general practitioners, healthcare cluster (e.g. SingHealth, NHG) management, as well as to MOH senior management.

• Project manager and Principal Investigator for the National Population Health Survey (NPHS) study organised by HPB and Ministry of Health, a household survey utilising multistage probabilistic sampling. Oversaw timely execution of fieldwork operations and adherence to important project milestones amidst tight timelines. Liaised with fieldwork and IT system vendors on survey operations issues. • Prepared in-depth analyses for HPB’s mid-term review in 2017, PM’s speech on diabetes during the National Day Rally 2017, presented to MOE’s Mental Health and Resilience Committee and Student Development Committees on issues pertaining to mental health, bullying and sexual behaviours. • Statistician for the National Population Health Survey (NPHS) 2017, Health Behaviour Surveillance of Singapore (HBSS) 2010-2016 and Students’ Health Survey 2010-2016. Specialist knowledge in SPSS and STATA for data analysis, manipulation, analysis and report automation. • Oversaw ethics administration for the National Population Health Survey, responsible for study documentation and preparation for audit by the Institutional Review Board. • Administrator of survey IT system for HBSS and NPHS, programming of questionnaire code, branching and validation logic checks, extraction of data and reports for monitoring of fieldwork and data analysis.

National Addictions Management Service (NAMS) - Research study coordinator for four studies including 1 clinical trial and 2 pilot studies. - Data collection, analysis and authoring research on treatment outcomes. - Research on addictions management, demographical and clinical correlates. - Managed department data, monthly generation and reporting of KPIs. - Spearheaded changes to department KPIs, introduced new standards of measurement.

- Assisted in research involving cognitive remediation and assessment for patients with schizophrenia. - Administered Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, Trail-Making Test, computer-aided memory tests. - Educating schizophrenia patients with cognitive remediation techniques.
