The company’s vision is to showcase the rich diversity of Lao culture and to create a distinctive brand identity within the global spirits industry.

Co-founded The Spirit House Company, a full-service hospitality owning and consulting company specialising in development, management and professional training services.

Designed and delivered customised professional training courses and workshops for the Skills for Tourism Programme which successfully upskilled 280 hospitality employees in bartending, bar management, sustainability and sales & marketing, providing skills to excel in their roles, enhance the tourist experience, and help grow the tourism industry within Laos.

A second venue for The Spirit House brand, located in the heart of the historic UNESCO World Heritage protected city of Luang Prabang.

Opened in 2005, The Spirit House Cocktail Bar & Restaurant, Vientiane became recognised as an iconic venue and industry standard within the capital.

Acted as an advisor to the LaoSafe programme, a health and hygiene programme for the tourism and hospitality sector in Laos that delivered a uniform standard of health and hygiene practices across the industry, to improve quality, protect staff and visitors, and inspire confidence in tourists returning to Laos post-COVID-19.
