* We are a Central Oregon non-profit engaging local opportunity youth, ages 16-24. Every year, we provide job skills training, education, and leadership development to over 300 local young people who face major barriers to success. We are empowering a generation of young people to believe in themselves and achieve self-sufficiency. * Draft and edit grant proposals. * Plan and organize fundraising events and giving campaigns. * Develop corporate partner relationships. * Communications through newsletters, social media, and blog posts.
