I am a founder, investor, and board leader with a track record of building and scaling businesses that bring advanced data science, artificial intelligence, and mathematical modelling to industries previously driven by intuition. Across four companies—spanning fintech, asset management and agtech—my focus has remained constant: transforming inefficiency into opportunity through technology, rigorous analytical frameworks, and strategic execution. I seek out and motivate incredibly talented, motivated people committed to creating something meaningful while ensuring we enjoy the journey. I founded AgriWebb from a deep connection to Australian beef and sheep farming and a belief that structured data can drive measurable gains in productivity, profitability, and sustainability. Today, AgriWebb powers livestock management for over 23 million cattle across 150 million acres in 16 countries. As a board leader, I work with global companies and investors to shape data-driven strategies for sustainability, supply chains, and financial markets. Before AgriWebb, I founded and successfully exited two systematic hedge funds, deploying nonlinear AI models, adaptive neural networks, and neuro-evolutionary topology to identify market inefficiencies beyond traditional quantitative methods. These funds applied cutting-edge machine learning and mathematical modelling to financial markets, leading to exits with Macquarie Bank, Westpac & a top global Hedge Fund. I then launched PacWealth Capital, an asset advisory firm pioneering institutional investment in the South Pacific, scaling to $4 billion AUM before a strategic sale. I also served as Co-Head of Retail Client Business and Director for BlackRock, Australia. Personal Interests A lifelong rower, I was fortunate to compete for Harvard and Oxford, winning the Henley Royal Regatta and representing Australia internationally. In racing of a different kind, I am an avid horse racing enthusiast and syndicate member, with highlights including Adelaide’s 2014 Cox Plate victory. I actively engage in public policy and international relations. I have contributed to the Australian American Leadership Dialogue, the Lowy Institute, and the Australian American Association, fostering stronger commercial and diplomatic ties.
