P&L responsibility for Radiometer's interests in the Asia Pacific region. Radiometer is the global leader in acute care testing equipment, and an operating company of Danaher Corporation.

Area of Responsibility: Country Manager for Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific. Full General Manager P&L ownership and responsibility for the related entities. Radiometer is the leading provider of acute care testing equipment and services, and is a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation.

Area of Responsibility: Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of 25 people, responsible for the marketing and clinical program strategies for Stryker South Pacific, a Chief Marketing Officer role for a $360m medical device company. Additionally tasked with leading the Clinical Research & Development team to building out clinical evidence and design development programs positioning for future growth.

Area of responsibility: Responsibility for all areas of Operations for the Americas ($290m USD business), including Consumer revenue ($35m), Customer Service, B2B Customer Programs, Supply Chain, Technical Services, and Recipient Services Business Unit management (aftermarket sales & marketing). General Manager for Latin Americas P&L ($35m) covering Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Area of Responsibility: P&L responsibility for $56m business encompassing the installed base activities of Cochlear's complete customer base. Led the global strategy development and implementation for this division, structuring sustainably profitable growth.

Area of Responsibility: P&L responsibility for $68m business covering Australia & New Zealand, leading a team of 152 people. Responsible for restructuring, platform development, and acquisition integration.

Area of Responsibility: P&L responsibility for $93M AUD business; 13 direct reports; covering 9 countries from New Zealand to Philippines. Direct and indirect channel management, and developed and emerging market management across multiple sectors. Led business development for all markets.

Area of Responsibility: Operations Support functions for Services business of $78M, incorporating call centre, customer service, administration, technical support, logistics, supply chain and warehousing. 17 direct reports, team of 46. Led restructuring activities.

Led new sales and marketing initiatives to broaden our portfolio and take them to market, resulting in significant revenue growth and share gains. Successfully grew a services marketing competency and value recognition in the business.

Developed new go-to-market programs for Services marketing, using both direct and indirect channels.

Internal GE business consultant position, teaching and leading Six Sigma projects, and specialising in change management.

Winning government reimbursement by creating compelling business cases using clinical data and economic modelling.
