• Managed employees’ work and break schedules during shifts resulting in no disruptions in day-to-day tasks • Entrusted with all aspects of store closing, including a safe audit, reconciling and locking up all tills, and entering daily lottery sales • Performed exemplary customer service to clients in the handling of all inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and refunds, while addressing any challenges or concerns encountered by staff during operations

• Aided customers by providing an expedited and efficient check-out process, while ensuring all balances were reconciled
