In this role I held P&L ownership over Canada’s largest home improvement e-Commerce business, interconnected analytics, as well as the strategy, planning and execution of all our advertising channels. • Lead a team of over 200 multi-disciplinary professionals, onshore and offshore. Maintained above-industry-norm retention rates and one of the highest associate commitment index scores within the division. • Responsible for developing and delivering an interconnected product road-map with hundreds of unique projects per year, including the relaunch of the mobile app; a unique B2B online experience; and new fulfillment options, such as same day 3-hour delivery. • Responsible for all operational aspects of the site including data management and enrichment of over 200,000 SKUs, how-to content, online shopping experiences and search engine optimization. • Ownership for the Canadian division’s marketing budget, including media planning, creative, production and buying for all channels (e.g. broadcast, radio, print, flyers, search, social, affiliates, sponsorship and in-store promotional signage). • Lead a full-agency RFP which consolidated our creative and media agencies and unlocked significant investment dollars for working media.
